Compliance
Our compliance posture as an aggregator that hosts no content.
Placeholder legal copy — needs legal review before launch. Nothing on this page should be treated as legal advice or a final policy until counsel has signed off.
Daporn is a multi-platform live-cam aggregator. We host, produce, and store no content; every stream is provided by and hosted on a third-party platform. Because of that, much of our compliance posture is built around delegation to — and verification by — those source platforms, alongside the policies we operate directly.
Age verification
Daporn is strictly 18+. Source platforms operate their own viewer and performer age- and identity-verification. See our age-verification policy.
18 U.S.C. 2257 record-keeping
As a non-producer, Daporn maintains no 2257 records itself; they are kept by the respective content providers. See our 2257 compliance statement.
Copyright / DMCA
We respond to valid copyright complaints and point reporters to the hosting platform where the content actually lives. See our DMCA policy.
Content policy
We surface only performers reachable through legitimate, tracked affiliate links from partnered platforms, and we honor the categorization and live status those platforms provide. We do not fabricate listings or status.
