Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Daporn, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use this website.

2. Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to access this website. By using this website, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. See our age-verification policy.

3. Description of Service

Daporn is an aggregator and directory service that provides links to third-party live cam websites. We do not host any content ourselves; we merely provide a discovery platform. We operate no cam rooms, and all streams are provided by and hosted on third-party platforms.

4. Third-Party Links

Our website contains links to external sites that are not operated by us. We have no control over the content, privacy policies, or practices of third-party sites. Visiting these links is at your own risk.

5. No Warranty

Our service is provided "as is" without any warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any information on our website, including live status, viewer counts, or other data sourced from third-party platforms.

6. Limitation of Liability

Daporn shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service, or from your use of any third-party platform reached through it.

7. Intellectual Property

The content on this website, including text, graphics, and logos, is the property of Daporn and protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce or distribute this content without permission. All trademarks, performer names, and platform marks referenced on this website belong to their respective owners. For copyright concerns regarding third-party content, see our DMCA policy.

8. Affiliate Disclosure

Daporn participates in affiliate programs. Links to performers and platforms are affiliate links, and we may earn a commission — at no additional cost to you — when you sign up or subscribe through them. This does not influence the live status, viewer counts, or other factual data we surface, which is sourced directly from the platforms.

9. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal purpose;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems;
• Interfere with the proper operation of the website;
• Collect user information without consent;
• Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the website except as expressly permitted;
• Misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.

10. No On-Site Transactions

Daporn does not process payments, tips, chat, or accounts. Any tipping, subscription, chat, or account activity happens entirely on the third-party platform you are directed to and is governed by that platform's terms.

11. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
